What is the standard delivery timeline for large fixtures?
Most bathroom fixtures, including toilets and washbasins, are delivered within 5-7 business days. Custom orders or bulk shipments may take up to 10-12 business days depending on your location.
Do you provide installation services for Belmonte products?
Currently, we focus on providing high-quality products. We do not offer in-house installation, but all our products come with a detailed manual suitable for any professional plumber or contractor.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for items received in damaged condition. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact our support team immediately with photos of the damage.
Are Belmonte Bath products covered under warranty?
Yes, our ceramic products typically carry a 5 to 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects, while flushing mechanisms and accessories are covered for 1 year.
How should I clean and maintain my ceramic sanitaryware?
To maintain the glaze, we recommend using mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, strong acids, or scouring pads which can scratch the surface and dull the finish over time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. For select pin codes, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options.
